Meet the Team
Richard and his wife, Karen, have four children, three grandchildren, and have lived in Las Vegas since 1990. He is originally from Cedar City, Utah, where he excelled in running track and cross country. He received his undergraduate degree in zoology from Brigham Young university in Provo, Utah. He graduated from Creighton University’s School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1987. It was while attending Creighton that he met Karen, who is from Omaha. Creighton has a proud tradition of producing well-rounded general dentists.
The science of dentistry is rapidly changing, so it is vital to attend many hours of continuing education to stay abreast of the latest developments, which Dr. Adams continues to do. Because of this, most procedures can be done in our office, although Dr. Adams gives his patients the option of seeing a specialist if they desire.
We take the time to do an accurate diagnosis with digital X-rays and then explain all the options that are available to you. We will answer your questions and, without pressure, let you choose the best treatment option for you.
Dr. Adams is a member of the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Association.
He enjoys spending time with Karen, his children and grandchildren, volunteering at his church, and playing as much golf as possible (meaning as much as Karen will allow 😊)

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Tina has a great sense of humor that livens up our office every day. She has been a dental assistant since 1988. Tina joined our team in 2004 and excels in making our patients laugh and enjoy their visit. Tina has been married to her husband Anthony since 2003. She enjoys camping, reading and spending time with her family.

Lisa
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Lisa graduated from the University of Iowa in 1992, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She married her sweetheart in 1997, and has 2 amazing girls, Alexa and Jordan. Lisa moved to Las Vegas from Chicago in 2003. She then joined Dr. Adams’s team in 2005. Lisa feels very fortunate to be working with such a wonderful doctor and staff. Her gentle touch and friendly personality make you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Beth
RECEPTIONIST
Beth was originally part of Dr. Adams Dental Team back in 2001-2008, at which time she left for Colorado. We were happy to welcome her smiley face when she returned in April of 2014. Beth has an easy, fun, outgoing personality. Throughout many years of working in the dental field, she has dedicated herself to making our patients feel comfortable. She is available to answer questions regarding your account and insurance benefits. Beth is very thankful to be working with such a committed and caring office. When she is not at work, Beth enjoys spending time with her family.

Jennifer
RECEPTIONIST
Jennifer grew up in Las Vegas. She was originally part of Dr. Adams’ team from 1991- 2000 (working as a dental assistant and in the front office) at which time she left to raise her children. We were pleased to have her return in September 2017. She is available to answer questions about scheduling, dental insurance, and your account. Jennifer and her husband have been married since 1989 and have four wonderful children and five grandchildren. When not at the office, she can surely be found spending time with her family.

Melissa
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Melissa was born in Las Vegas. She and her husband, Brian, have four children. Melissa did work for a time as an assistant in our office, but now after dental hygiene school, she works as one of our hygienists. In addition to spending time with her family, she loves hiking and competes in triathlons.

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Paige is a native of Las Vegas. She is currently attending the College of Southern Nevada to become a dental hygienist. When not at work or studying, She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves life and exploring the great outdoors. If you need a corny joke- Paige is your girl!

DENTAL HYGIENIST
Emily graduated from the dental hygiene program at Community College of Southern Nevada in 2007. She has worked as a hygienist since that time. She joined our practice in March 2024. She loves to play tennis and spend time with her friends and family.
